We are seeking a self-motivated, positive-attitude, team-oriented member with excellent communication skills, both written (email, text) and verbal. Advanced English is required. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week), Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. You’ll support our external sales team by interfacing with customers via email, phone, and text. We’re a B2B company in the Automotive Audio equipment and accessories industry in the United States. You’ll serve as the communication link between our customers, sales team, and manufacturers for things like order entry, order tracking, follow-ups, return authorization (RA) requests, and providing product information. You’ll also help ensure sales requests are closed to the customer’s satisfaction. The role involves shared responsibility for order processing and RA work across the team, so you won’t be doing it all alone. You’ll also help with client relationships, account management, issue resolution, and customer support. The ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable supporting customer outreach via our CRM tool (Nutshell), as well as contributing to social media and newsletter communications.
Act as the liaison between customers, the sales team, and manufacturers for order entry, order tracking, follow-ups,
RA requests, and product information.
Provide sales contact and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Have additional skills or the desire to learn social media, customer relationship management tools, and marketing and customer communications (newsletters, social media posts, etc.).
Demonstrate understanding of common image formats (JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, etc.), including typical uses and advantages/disadvantages.
Possess basic to advanced experience using Adobe Photoshop or similar software (cropping, resizing, adjusting color/brightness, saving in different formats; advanced skills like layer masking, retouching, and filters are a plus but not required).
Self-driven, positive attitude, and a strong team player.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
Ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
