Key Responsibilities:

Property Listing Management - Create, manage, and update property listings on our official website, Facebook, and other third-party sites ensuring accurate representation of each property.

Lead Engagement - Engage with potential clients and leads, addressing property-related inquiries, qualifying genuine buyers, and constantly updating lead information in the company CRM.

Sales Coordination - Collaborate with the sales manager on various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and timely follow-ups with prospective clients.

Teamwork - Work closely with other team members to ensure a cohesive and effective sales process.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Native-level English speaking and writing proficiency.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A hunger for success in sales; motivated, driven, and ambitious.

Detail-oriented mindset with accuracy in all tasks.

Confidence in engaging with clients, over the phone and through email.

Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a rapidly changing environment.

Familiarity with Social Media Marketing not required but a plus.
