Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to list properties on multiple online platforms, including Facebook, our company website, and Lands of America. The Sales Assistant will play a crucial role in generating buyer leads through Facebook and ensuring they are integrated into our CRM system effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Listing:
• List properties accurately and compellingly across various online platforms, including Facebook, our company website, and Lands of America.
• Update property listings regularly to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to gather necessary information and materials for listings.
• Lead Generation & Management:
• Generate buyer leads through Facebook and other online platforms.
• Efficiently input and manage leads in our CRM system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Follow up with leads to gather additional information and gauge interest.
• Communication & Customer Service:
• Respond promptly to inquiries from potential buyers and address their questions or concerns.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Provide support to the sales team as needed in communicating with prospective buyers.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Track and analyze the performance of property listings and lead generation efforts.
• Provide regular reports to the sales team on listing performance and lead generation outcomes.
• Suggest improvements and optimizations based on performance data.
• Market Research:
• Conduct research on market trends and competitor listings.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in online property listing and lead generation.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in using Facebook and other social media platforms for business.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online listing platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of the real estate industry is advantageous.
