Full Job Description

Roof4Life, a US roofing & exterior contracting company (Seattle area), is hiring a remote Sales Closer to convert warm, pre-qualified homeowner leads into signed jobs. You are NOT cold-calling — appointments and interested leads are handed to you. Your job is to build rapport over phone/video, handle objections, and close. You'll work US Pacific business hours (your daytime). Base salary PLUS uncapped commission per closed deal. CRM and warm lead flow provided. We want energy, warmth, and a real closing track record

Job Responsibilities

• Call and close warm, pre-qualified homeowner leads

 • Build rapport and handle objections with energy and confidence

 • Follow up promptly and consistently until the deal is won or lost

 • Keep the CRM updated with every lead and stage

 • Hit monthly closing targets

Job Requirements

• Fluent, near-native English (REQUIRED — all calls are with US homeowners)

 • 2+ years of phone/video sales or closing experience

 • Proven closing track record (be ready to share your close rate)

 • High energy and clear, warm phone presence

 • Reliable internet, quiet workspace, headset

 • Able to work US Pacific business hours
