About the Role

We are hiring Sales Representatives / Closers to handle inbound and qualified leads.

This is a structured sales role — you are not expected to “figure it out.”

You will be provided with:

• A proven sales framework
• Scripts and training
• Qualified leads (inbound + outreach)
• CRM system (InflowHQ)

Your role is to:

• Run discovery calls
• Identify problems
• Present the right solution
• Close qualified prospects

Important

You do NOT need:

• Tax experience
• Accounting knowledge

You DO need:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow structure
• Confidence on calls
• Coachability

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls with prospects
• Ask structured questions to uncover client needs
• Identify financial and operational problems
• Present solutions clearly and confidently
• Close deals based on defined pricing structure
• Track activity in CRM

Compensation

Job Requirements

Ideal Candidate

• Sales experience (preferred, not required)
• Comfortable on Zoom/phone
• Strong listener (not just a talker)
• Can follow a structured process
• Self-motivated and disciplined
• Comfortable handling objections
