We’re a land investment company buying and reselling vacant land across the U.S., and we’re looking for a confident, persuasive closer who thrives on turning conversations into signed deals. You’ll be working with motivated sellers, running our qualification process, negotiating price and terms, and following through until the contract is signed.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where strong sales instincts, negotiation skills, and excellent conversational English are essential. You’ll be working remotely, full-time, during U.S. business hours, and expected to hit daily and weekly targets consistently. Your ability to build rapport quickly, adapt to seller responses, and maintain clean records in our CRM will be key to your success.

You’ll handle inbound and outbound leads via phone, text, and email. This includes calling sellers from cold, warm, and hot lead lists generated through our marketing efforts.
You’ll guide sellers through our screening process, uncover motivation, handle objections, and drive the conversation to close. Once a deal is in play, you’ll negotiate price and terms, send the agreement, and follow up persistently until it’s signed.
You’ll also be responsible for logging every activity in our CRM, maintaining a clean and organized pipeline, and providing accurate forecasts. You’ll be expected to meet daily metrics for conversations, offers, and signed contracts.
We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in closing sales over the phone — ideally in real estate investing or other high-ticket industries. You must have strong negotiation skills, the ability to think on your feet, and be excellent at building trust quickly.
Clear and confident English is non-negotiable. You need to be easily understood by U.S.-based sellers and be able to lead calls naturally. Experience following structured scripts is helpful, but you should also be able to adapt in real time.
Discipline and consistency are key — you’ll be expected to live in your CRM and maintain high follow-up standards. A quiet, distraction-free work environment and reliable internet connection are required. Experience with real estate sales tools and CRMs is a plus. Bilingual Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.
