We're a growing US criminal law firm looking for a salesperson to retain clients over the phone. It’s important you have sales experience, we can train the rest. The successful applicant will enjoy a high-energy work environment, appreciate collaborating with colleagues, and continually finding ways to improve their skills. Our firm is continually growing, intensely demanding with never a dull moment, and staffed by the finest people in the business.

Sales Representative for New Leads

• Working hours: Generally from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday, but also flexible to take night or weekend appointments as needed. 
• This is a work from home position.
• Salary range is $10 to $20 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities

• You will take warm consults and help convert them into paying clients for the firm.
• Proven process that converts, just need the right person to follow the process and genuinely connect with lead.
• This is not “strong” selling. This is relationship building. No cold calling.
• You will be handling back-to-back calls (inbound and outbound) for most of the day.
• Follow-up with previous consults to maintain relationship and encourage hire is an important part of the process.
• Ensure CRM activities are handled properly, as well as clear note documentation for each client interaction (or attempted interaction).
• Work closely with other employees to achiever firm goals and handle other tasks as needed by supervisors.
• This is a remote position so you will need a strong internet connection as well as a dependable computer.

Job Requirements

• 1+ years working in a sales role, preferably over the phone.
• Excellent conversational skills in English and Spanish.
• Fully bilingual in Spanish a plus but not necessarily required.
• Willingness to handle a large volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Ability to follow clear scripts and processes.
• Warm and engaging personality.
• Reliable and pro-active.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must have a positive winning mindset. 
• Coachable and take feedback well. 
• In addition to being a team-player, you must also have an independent "go-getter" attitude that can work well unsupervised.
• Must be confident and able to speak with leads confidently. You're representing the firm so they must know you can take care of their problem.
• Have other core values of firm: integrity, energetic, great work ethic, and positive attitude.
• You do not need any previous experience in the legal field. We will teach you what you need to know in this regard.
