Full Job Description

WYND is looking for SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVES (SDRs) for our Growth Team

As our SDR you must be a person who already has experience is sales and marketing

Job Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company.
• Finding, qualifying, and initiating contact with potential customers.
• Set appointments and follow up on leads by both telephone and email.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
• Use Hubspot [CRM] to track and manage leads and sales activities.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
• Monitor analytics with the team to identify viable ideas and improvements 
• Support the team with needed documentations or specific assets

Job Requirements

• 2+ years Inside Sales or Sales Development experience
• Confortable with Cold outreach and must have follow up skills
• Additional experience in marketing, sales, business development, lead generation, and lead management is a plus
• Must be able to collect information quickly and effectively about verticals and specific companies and navigate to the correct person (Remotely)
• Must be able to handle objections and ask probing questions that surface business pain and sales opportunities
• Must be driven to reach personal and team pipeline generation goals
• Must have experience using a CRM, preferably Hubspot
• Excellent communication skills – articulate, concise, and persuasive
• Positive, upbeat, personality is required
• College degree is preferred
