Work Details:

• Schedule: Mon - Fri, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST.
• Employment Type: Full-time.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls (200+ per day) to engage clients, assess financial needs, and create opportunities.
• Motivate clients to provide necessary documents promptly by creating a sense of urgency.
• Collect and organize client information, including bank statements, and assist in completing funding applications.
• Facilitate smooth transitions by passing completed applications and insights to the closing team and supervisors.
• Utilize the company’s CRM system to upload documents, log interactions, and track progress.

Job Requirements

• Confident: A self-motivated individual with a results-oriented, persistent, and proactive mindset.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRMs, document management, and data entry.
• Great Communicators: Skilled in learning to ask open-ended questions, overcoming objections, and persuading clients with confidence.
• Experience: While previous sales experience is a plus, it is not required. A confident, "hustler" mentality is essential. Comprehensive training will be provided.
