We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will be responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound calling activities. This role is essential in driving revenue growth by establishing connections with potential clients and qualifying leads for our sales team.


Job Responsibilities

💡 Lead Generation:

  • Inbound Lead Qualification:
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs.
  • Schedule meetings or demos with qualified prospects.

  • Outbound Prospecting:
  • Research potential customers in target markets.
  • Initiate contact through cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Present our value proposition to prospects.

🗂️ Database Management:

  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead info.
  • Consistently follow up with leads to nurture relationships.

🤝 Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Participate in team meetings and share insights.

📈 Sales and Marketing Support:

  • Campaign Implementation:
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns.
  • Develop tailored outreach strategies with the marketing team.

  • Content Sharing:
  • Share relevant content with prospects.
  • Create personalized sales content.

  • Event Participation:
  • Support sales and marketing events.
  • Represent the company at industry events.


Job Requirements

🎓 Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

📅 Experience:

  • 1-2 years in sales, customer service, or related roles.
  • Experience with cold calling and using social media for business outreach.

🗣️ Communication Skills:

  • Excellent English verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Strong listening skills.

💼 Sales Skills:

  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
  • High-volume prospecting experience.
  • Familiarity with lead generation techniques.

🔧 Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, snov.io, expandi, apollo).
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Quick learner for new software tools.

📋 Organizational Skills:

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail in data entry and lead tracking.

🔍 Analytical Skills:

  • Ability to analyze market trends and sales metrics.
  • Problem-solving skills.
