Sales Development Representative — Viewpoint Consulting
Viewpoint Consulting is on a mission to restore trust to construction — project by project, team by team, company by company. We work with government and infrastructure contractors across the United States, turning scheduling from a compliance task into a leadership system that improves control, defensibility, and profitability.
We call this Construction Predictability, and we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative who wants to be on the front lines of a category-defining company. This is not a role for someone who wants to coast. It’s a role for someone who wants to make a difference — who gets energized by high call volume, genuine conversations, and the satisfaction of connecting the right people to a solution that actually changes how they run their business.
The right person for this role is curious, coachable, and disciplined. You lead with questions, not pitches. You listen more than you talk. You follow a process because you understand that consistency is what produces results — and you take pride in executing it well every single day.
Experience in construction or B2B sales is a plus, but what we care about most is character, work ethic, and the hunger to grow. What You’ll Do
• Own top-of-funnel outreach — calls, follow-ups, and appointment setting at high volume
• Qualify prospects against our Ideal Client Profile and connect them to our proprietary schedule review and maturity assessment tools as the entry point into our process
• Execute proven scripts and conversation frameworks with consistency and precision
• Track all activity and pipeline progress in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
• Collaborate closely with the Campaign Manager and Senior Consultants to keep the pipeline moving

• Disciplined and coachable — you run the process, not your own playbook
• Comfortable with high call volume and a structured daily rhythm
• Experience in B2B sales or the construction industry is a plus — not required
• Someone who takes ownership, shows up prepared, and wants to grow fast
