Full Job Description

This role is an outbound cold calling position. The employee will be calling on a provided list to book first time appointments with the owner of the company to introduce them to our services. The employee is expected to maintain an upbeat and friendly attitude at all times. This role is a designated marketing role and will directly report to the marketing manager daily. Fluent English literacy and comprehension is required, as the caller will be catering to residents in the Orlando, Florida area exclusively.


Job Responsibilities

High Level Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To PERSONALLY produce and schedule an average of 5 SAT qualified appointments (15-minute discovery call) per month with clients averaging 12 seats. These minimums may change in the future. 
  • To maintain 100% accuracy of the company’s database.
  • To meticulously follow the companies inside sales process, which includes tracking and reporting on key metrics, updating records appropriately, following scripts, etc.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Make an minimum of 100 daily dials following up on various marketing campaigns we’ve sent to prospects to schedule a consult and/or to call on leads that have been generated to schedule a consult. 
  • Make a weekly average of 10 daily conversations with decision makers
  • Call and confirm appointments to reduce no-shows.
  • Rescheduling clients who request to reschedule or cancel or who “no-show” for their appointment (consult).
  • Update all records in the company’s CRM with accurate and complete information. This will include using the dialer to record calls, keeping good records of conversations in the record itself, and updating the status’ in database correctly.
  • Creating and following up on tasks in a timely manner.


Job Requirements

Education/Qualifications·      

  • High school diploma/ GED·      
  • Minimum 2 year outbound cold calling experience preferred·      
  • Sales experience
  • Experience in overcoming objections
  • Not afraid of rejection
  • Tough skin

Computer Skills (should have experience with all the

following)·      

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office·      
  • Experience with CRM software (preferably Contact Science)

Other Skills & Abilities ·      

  • Previous experience in a customer service call center or related sales position preferred·      
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written·      
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask·      
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills·      
  • Exceptional customer service skills·      
  • Strong listening and sales skills·      
  • Ability to achieve and/or exceed goals·      
  • Proactive planning for day·      
  • Mentally prepared for calls·
