As a Sales-Focused Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in driving our organization's growth by supporting our sales and business development efforts. You will work closely with our team to identify potential clients, cultivate relationships, and secure new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities.
  • Reach out to prospects via email, phone calls, and social media to initiate conversations.
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and pitches tailored to the client's needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using our CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
  • High-speed internet connection and reliable computer equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or business development.
  • Familiarity with online communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
