Sales Representative

Full Job Description

SimpliVinyl is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our remote team. You’ll work directly under the Virtual Sales Manager to convert inbound leads, follow up with warm prospects, and guide customers through our simple and efficient buying process. Your focus will be on building relationships, educating customers, and closing deals.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and follow-up tasks assigned through CRM
• Educate customers on SimpliVinyl products and services
• Provide quotes and assist with flooring selection
• Track and manage sales activity using CRM tools
• Work closely with the Sales Manager for training, coaching, and performance feedback
• Maintain strong customer communication and satisfaction

Job Requirements

• 3+ year of sales or customer service experience (remote preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using CRM and sales tools
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Bonus: Experience in home improvement, flooring, or contractor sales
