Sales Representative 

got bugs? Termite & Pest Solutions is hiring a Virtual Sales Representative to help grow our home services business.

As the first point of contact for prospective pest control customers, you’ll play an integral role in shaping their experience with our company, making you a highly valued member of our staff. Your primary responsibilities will include cold calling leads from a provided list, introducing potential customers to our services and inputting key information into our CRM. 

You’ll also help maintain a professional and engaging customer experience by following up with leads, addressing questions and identifying opportunities to promote our services. To be successful in this role, you must be highly adaptable, able to prioritize tasks effectively and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy at all times.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Follow up with leads and unsold estimates
• Explain pest control services and pricing
• Schedule inspections and service appointments
• Record customer interactions in our CRM
• Help convert leads into paying customers

Job Requirements

• Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
• Previous phone sales experience required
• Home services, pest control, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, or similar industry experience preferred
• Fluent English with clear verbal and written communication
• Experience using CRM software
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Able to manage lead follow-up and maintain accurate records
