Sales Representative / Customer Service

Full Job Description

We are an Authorized Retailer for major Internet/TV/Mobile Companies in the USA. We take inbound calls and make outbound follow-up calls. We sell Internet, TV, Phone, Wireless, Moving Truck Services. This is a sales job and it is your job to execute sales. There is a commission structure 

Part Time Position (Full time is a possibility depending on how well you do)

Job Schedule: Th - M 11am - 3pm pst or 3pm - 7pm pst

Salary: $200-400 (Dependent on your experience) + Commissions

What this job consists of:

• Answer incoming calls
• Make outgoing calls
• Follow-up with customers if sale was left pending
• Contact customer if they filled out one of our forms and requested a call.
• Check customer address for internet availability
• Offer and Sell internet, tv, phone, wireless, security, and moving truck services
• Register sale or no sale into our data entry portal
• Post sale customer support / offer add-on products

Job Requirements

• Good English
• A great attitude and communication skills
• Organizational Skills
• Familiar with Excel, Google Sheets, and other Microsoft/Google Docs
• Good phone skills, you will be on the phone talking with partners and potential partners all day
• Sales experience
• Hungry to make money
• Must have reliable internet and power. Must be able to provide proof of such infrastructure.
• Able to troubleshoot and problem-solve issues
• Has a high level of patience and doesn't become discouraged at the first, second, third or even fourth "no" - finds a way to get to the "yes"
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, but also a great team player
