Sales Representative (English-Speaking) — Base + Commission

Full Job Description

Scale 77 is a fast-growing med spa marketing agency helping clinics book more consultations and grow revenue. We’re hiring an English-speaking Sales Representative based in Latin America (LATAM) to call and message potential patients (leads) who respond to our Facebook and Instagram ads for our clinic clients. Your job is to qualify these patients, book their consultation, confirm details, and reschedule appointments when needed using our dialer and GoHighLevel CRM. This is a performance-driven role focused on consistent daily bookings and show rates.

Job Responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls per day to new inbound leads using our dialer
• Send follow-up messages via SMS/DM to increase show rates and booking speed
• Qualify prospects (interest, budget, timing) using our proven process
• Book consultations and confirm appointment details clearly
• Reschedule patients as needed and ensure calendars stay accurate
• Follow scripts, objection handling, and booking framework consistently
• Log all activities, outcomes, and notes accurately in GoHighLevel
• Hit weekly booking targets and improve through feedback and coaching

Job Requirements

• Based in Latin America (LATAM)
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• 2+ years of sales experience (not CSR or management)
• Confident, professional, persuasive communicator
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach (100+ calls/day + messaging)
• Strong follow-up habits and ability to manage reschedules smoothly
• Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and consistent availability
• CRM experience preferred (GoHighLevel a plus)
