About Texas Private Lending

Texas Private Lending is a direct private lender focused on funding residential real estate investments across Texas, including fix and flip, rental, and new construction projects. We work with experienced investors and are rapidly growing our origination platform.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated cold caller based in Latin America to help generate new loan opportunities by reaching out to real estate investors, builders, and wholesalers across Texas. This role is focused on outbound calling, lead qualification, and setting appointments for our lending team.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Make 150–300 outbound calls per day to real estate investors and prospects
• Introduce Texas Private Lending and our loan programs clearly and professionally
• Qualify leads based on project type, experience, and financing needs
• Set appointments and pass qualified leads to the acquisitions/lending team
• Maintain accurate notes and pipeline updates in CRM (Close.com or similar)
• Follow up with prospects via call, text, and email as needed

Job Requirements

• Fluent English (clear, professional communication required)
• Prior cold calling or sales experience (real estate experience is a plus)
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound dialing
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Experience with CRM systems (Close.com preferred but not required)
