Full Job Description

As a Sales Representative at MaidBrite, you’ll be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their cleaning needs, and offering tailored solutions. You’ll receive a pre-qualified database of leads, so you can focus on building relationships and closing sales—not cold prospecting.

Job Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with potential clients using our provided database.
• Understand client needs and offer personalized cleaning service solutions.
• Build strong relationships to drive customer trust and long-term retention.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative selling.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress using CRM tools.
• Provide feedback on customer trends to support marketing and operations teams.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in service-based industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Native or very high-level English (C1-C2), both written and spoken.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
• Comfortable working independently and remotely.
• Experience with CRMs or sales tools is a plus.
