Role Summary

We’re seeking a full-time, bilingual Sales Representative to join our remote team. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients—listening to their stories, explaining how our firm can help, and guiding them toward hiring our services. This is a results-driven role that combines empathy with performance, requiring strong communication skills and a proven record of closing sales. You’ll handle both inbound and outbound leads — including cold outreach to potential clients who may be speaking with multiple firms — and guide them through our process with clarity and care.

Job Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Conduct consultations and follow-ups with both warm and cold leads — some will contact us directly, while others come from lead-generation platforms.
• Reach out proactively to new leads to schedule consultations and build relationships.
• Respond promptly to inquiries across multiple channels (phone, WhatsApp, email, web forms).
• Convert qualified leads into signed contracts while maintaining professionalism and care.
• Keep accurate and organized notes in our CRM system (Odoo).
• Collaborate with team members to ensure clients experience a smooth and confident start to their case.
• Provide regular updates on sales performance and insights into lead quality or process improvements.
• Occasionally assist with customer service tasks such as answering phones, supporting existing clients, or helping other team members when needed.

What Success Looks Like

• You consistently meet or exceed monthly goals for signed contracts.
• You maintain accurate, complete, and timely records in Odoo.
• Clients describe their first experience with the firm as professional, helpful, and trustworthy.
• You work collaboratively with teammates to ensure quick response times and an exceptional client experience.

Job Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in sales or client acquisition, ideally in a service-based business.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Organized, dependable, and motivated by measurable goals.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with reliable internet and a professional setup.

Compensation

This is a performance-based position with uncapped earning potential.

• Base Pay: $1200/month. It is expected that at this base, you are responsible for $100,000 in sales each month.
• Commissions: % based on all sales above $100,000

Client service contracts range as low as $2,000 and as high as $11,000, depending on the legal services the clients retain the firm for. High performers can earn as much as $2400 or more each month.
