Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and host Sales Calls to prospective clients (generated from our Social Media campaigns).
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and sales processes to communicate value effectively.
• Utilize our CRM, Platforms, tracking systems, report and organize interactions, sales activities, manage leads, pipeline progress, results and maintain accurate records of calls taken. 
• Keep track of the calls, amount of revenue generated, appointments shown, etc.
• Attend meetings related to the position.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in the High Ticket Sales/Appointment Setting/Lead Generation/Sales Industries
• English Proficiency C1 and above (if bilingual).
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and team confident and effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, contributing positively to team dynamics.
• Empathetic, kind, compassionate, but strong.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary + commissions on every sale $600 base pay  + 10% of all cash collected.
• Performance-based bonuses
• Biweekly payments via Wise/PayPal (15th & 1st)
