Your Mission

Turn inbound calls into paying customers

Book, reschedule & answer client questions like a pro

Hire + onboard top cleaners to keep service quality high

Troubleshoot daily operational issues (cleaner-client)

Track revenue, bookings, and team performance daily

You’ll Crush This Role If:

You’re a closer - love solving client problems

Fluent English, clear & persuasive

Organized + can handle multiple demands at once

Tech-savvy (Google Sheets, Quo)

Calm under pressure, proactive, and self-managed

Availability

Mon-Friday. Coverage needed 9 am - 5 pm CT or 11 pm - 7 am Manila time

Perks

Paid twice monthly via Wise. Starting at $250 base.

Performance bonuses after 1st month:

$5 per completed booking

$10 per new recurring client
