Your Mission

• Turn inbound calls into paying customers
• Book, reschedule & answer client questions like a pro
• Hire + onboard top cleaners to keep service quality highT
• roubleshoot daily operational issues (cleaner-client)
• Track revenue, bookings, and team performance daily

1. You’re a closer - love solving client problems
2. Fluent English, clear & persuasive
3. Organized + can handle multiple demands at once
4. Tech-savvy (Google Sheets, Quo)
5. Calm under pressure, proactive, and self-managed
