Full Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Remote Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of four self-storage facilities. This role focuses on customer communication, rental management, marketing and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using computers, email, and basic property management software
• Organized and able to manage multiple properties remotely
• Reliable internet connection and phone access
• Previous property management, storage, or customer service experience preferred but not required

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text
• Manage new rentals, reservations, and move-ins
• Process payments and monitor delinquent accounts
• Coordinate with on-site vendors for maintenance and cleaning when needed
• Maintain accurate tenant records and unit availability
• Market vacant units
• Handle basic customer service issues and tenant questions
• Monitor facility operations through management software and security systems
