Job Purpose/Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Accountant with 5+ years of experience in general accounting. Responsibilities include maintaining financial records, performing month-end procedures, producing accurate financial reports, and supporting audits. Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Netsuite, is required. Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to deliver precise information in a fast-paced remote environment are essential.

Job Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain general ledgers and financial records.
• Perform monthly accruals and adjustments.
• Generate timely reconciliations and financial reports.
• Uphold policies and procedures for internal controls.
• Provide audit support and collaborate across departments.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives.
• Manage accounts receivable, including client invoicing and collections.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (required)
• CPA certification, eligibility, or equivalent (preferred)

Experience/Training:

• Proficiency in accounting/ERP systems, Netsuite preferred.
• Strong Excel skills with experience in data management.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
