Full Job Description

Idea Grove is looking for a senior designer who can translate brand strategy into high-performing websites and digital experiences. This role sits at the intersection of brand and execution—you won’t just make things look good, you’ll shape how companies present themselves and earn trust online.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead design for B2B websites across HubSpot, WordPress, and Webflow
• Translate positioning and messaging into cohesive visual systems (typography, color, layout, UX patterns)
• Design full websites, landing pages, and content-driven experiences
• Create and evolve brand identities and design systems
• Collaborate with SEO, PR, and content teams to align design with visibility and conversion goals
• Present concepts and rationale directly to clients
• Ensure design consistency across web, social, and marketing assets

Job Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in brand and web design (agency experience preferred)
• Strong portfolio showing both brand identity work and live websites
• Deep understanding of UX/UI, content hierarchy, and conversion-focused design
• Experience designing for HubSpot CMS, WordPress, and/or Webflow
• Ability to think in systems (not just individual pages or logos)
• Strong communication skills—you can explain why something works
