Our Law Firm: The Ward Law Group is currently hiring Senior Case Managers:

The Senior Case Manager possesses knowledge and understanding of personal injury (We will provide the training needed). They assist attorneys with claim handling and negotiations, maintain contact with clients, and provide them with updates on case status. 

As a Senior Case Manager - Virtual assistant you will work from home, we are looking for candidates that have experience in sales and customer service, with ability to adapt easily to changes, work in a fast paced environment and the ability to work independently. Full time Job Opportunities.

Scheduled: Monday through Friday - 40 hours per week.

MONTHLY PAYMENTS $1200 per month, plus monthly bonuses once training is complete.

PAYMENTS ARE PROCESSED ONCE PER MONTH AND DEPOSITED THE LAST BUSSINESS DAY OF EACH MONTH

PAYMENTS ARE PROCESSED VIA DEEL

(You can choose how to withdraw your payment, the options available are Direct Deposit to your bank account only using SWIFT CODE and your bank account number, Pay Pal, Payoneer and Wise)

Job Responsibilities

Senior Case Manager Job Description & Responsibilities – including but not limited to: 

• Contact clients within 24 hours of receiving their case to introduce themselves. 
• Present initial settlement offers to clients within 48 hours of receipt. 
• Educate clients about further medical treatments such as injections, rhizotomies, surgeries, TBI treatment, etc. 
• Inform clients about the necessity to file lawsuits. 
• Return all client calls the same day. 
• Maintain bi-weekly communication with clients to ensure effective communication. 
• Inform clients of case settlements and explain the reductions process. 
• Insurance Communication: 
• File Notation: 
• Provider Communication: 
• Obtain estimates from providers before closing cases. 
• Follow up and obtain health insurance liens. 
• Check provider balances and obtain POD leader authority before settling cases with hospitals. 

Job Requirements

Senior Case Manager Qualifications:  

• Must speak English and Spanish fluently.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
• Must consistently be on time and reliable. 
• Must work well in a team environment. 
• Must be punctual.
• Commitment to work overtime on occasion.
• Have solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Must be a self-starter and multi-tasker.
• Candidate must have ability to work independently.
• Candidate must have the following work at home settings minimum to work:

• Windows: Windows 10, Intel i5 (8th Gen+) or 2ghz and 8 cores, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD
• Mac: macOS 11 (Big Sur+), Apple M1 or Intel i5, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD
• Display: Full HD (1920x1080)
•  Network:
• Connection: Wired Ethernet preferred; 5 GHz Wi-Fi acceptable
• Internet Speed: 30 Mbps download, 15 Mbps upload
• Latency: Under 100 m
• Other:
• Noise-canceling headset Preferably with a 3.5mm connection.
• 720p webcam for meetings, huddles and trainings.
