Full Job Description

Idea Grove is looking for someone who can build and manage modern marketing websites using CMS templates—and fully operate inside HubSpot. This is not a heavy custom development role. It’s about knowing how to use the platforms inside and out to launch, optimize, and connect websites to marketing and sales systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Build and update websites using templates in HubSpot CMS, WordPress, and Webflow
• Customize layouts, modules, and components within existing frameworks (not from scratch)
• Work directly inside HubSpot Marketing Hub, CRM, and Sales Hub
• Build landing pages, emails, and campaigns
• Create and manage workflows and automations
• Configure pipelines, forms, lead routing, and lifecycle stages
• Ensure the website, CRM, and marketing tools work together seamlessly
• Support SEO and performance best practices (site structure, page speed, on-page elements)
• Maintain and improve existing client sites and HubSpot instances
• Collaborate with designers, SEO, and PR teams to bring campaigns to life

Job Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience working inside CMS platforms
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS + Marketing Hub + CRM + Sales Hub
• Proven ability to build using templates and native tools, not just custom code
• Experience with WordPress and Webflow site building
• Comfortable working across multiple client sites and moving quickly
• Strong attention to detail and QA mindset
• Light front-end skills (HTML/CSS/JS)
• Experience with HubSpot reporting, attribution, or lifecycle management
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals
