Full Job Description

We are looking for independent technical recruiters or talent sourcers who can help us find and schedule interviews with highly qualified software developers. Your main responsibility will be sourcing experienced developers, screening their communication skills, and coordinating interviews with our hiring team.This is an ongoing collaboration. Recruiters will continuously help us identify qualified candidates until all hiring needs are fulfilled. Payment is performance-based and tied to developers who successfully pass our selection process and move into onboarding.We are specifically looking for recruiters who can source developers with:

  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • Native-level Spanish communication skills
  • C1/C2 English speaking and listening skills
  • Professional software development background

This role is ideal for recruiters who already have strong networks in Latin America or Spanish-speaking developer communities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Source and identify qualified software developer candidates
  • Screen candidates for technical background and communication skills
  • Verify Spanish fluency and advanced English speaking/listening ability
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and the hiring team
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the interview process
  • Provide a consistent pipeline of qualified developers
  • Continue sourcing additional candidates when hiring targets are not met
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality during the recruitment process


Job Requirements

  • Experience in technical recruiting, talent sourcing, or developer hiring
  • Ability to source developers with 5+ years of experience
  • Strong understanding of software development roles and technologies
  • Access to Spanish-speaking developer networks or communities
  • Ability to evaluate English communication skills (C1/C2 level)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience scheduling and coordinating interviews
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Previous experience recruiting developers is highly preferred
