Destro is a rapidly scaling growth partner exclusively serving the estate planning industry. We operate two distinct brands under one roof: Destro (our core lead generation engine) and Estate Planning Delivery (our client service and fulfillment arm). We are looking for a highly driven, process-oriented Setter to join our front-line sales team and serve as the critical bridge between our marketing efforts and our closing team.In this role, you are not cold-calling random lists or begging people for their time. You are contacting individuals who have already raised their hands and expressed interest in estate planning services. Your singular objective is to contact these inbound leads, qualify their intent, and ensure they show up to their scheduled appointment with our closing team. This is a performance-driven position where your income scales directly with your ability to generate qualified, attended appointments.We operate a strict meritocracy. We do not cap commissions, and we do not promote based on tenure. You will start with a competitive base salary of $1,000 USD per month plus a per-show commission rate that increases as you hit objective performance milestones. A Setter consistently hitting their targets can expect to earn $2,000 to $2,500 per month. Furthermore, this role serves as the farm system for our organization. Setters who reach the Senior tier and maintain performance for 60 days earn the right to advance into either a Closer role (handling back-end sales) or a Customer Success Manager role (managing existing firm relationships), both of which offer significantly higher base pay and earning potential.


Job Responsibilities

As a Setter for our estate planning brands, your daily output directly drives the revenue of the company. Your responsibilities are focused, measurable, and essential to our sales ecosystem.Your primary responsibility is to manage the inbound lead pipeline across both Destro and Estate Planning Delivery. This requires executing a high volume of outbound dials (often exceeding 100+ per day) to contact new leads within minutes of them entering our system. Once on the phone, you will follow our proven qualification scripts to ensure the prospect meets our specific criteria for estate planning services. You are responsible for filtering out unqualified leads to protect the time of our closing team.Beyond simply booking the appointment, your core metric is the "show rate." You will execute our rigorous confirmation sequence—utilizing phone calls, SMS, and email—to ensure that the prospect actually attends the scheduled meeting. You will be expected to maintain a minimum show rate of 70% and generate at least two qualified, attended appointments per working day. Additionally, you must meticulously document every interaction, call outcome, and prospect detail within our CRM system in real-time, ensuring seamless handoffs to the Closers.

•Proven Communication Skills: You must possess exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly, confidently, and professionally to individuals seeking serious legal and financial services.

•High Output Capacity: You must be comfortable executing a high volume of outbound calls daily without experiencing call reluctance or burnout.

•Coachability: You must be willing to abandon your own scripts and strictly adhere to our proven qualification and confirmation frameworks.

•Technical Proficiency: You must be capable of quickly learning and efficiently operating our CRM and communication software to log activities in real-time.

•Self-Management: As a remote team member, you must possess the discipline to manage your own schedule, maintain focus, and consistently hit daily KPIs without micromanagement.

This position is not a fit for individuals seeking a comfortable, low-accountability salary where they can hide behind a computer screen. If you require constant hand-holding, if you view a high volume of phone calls as a burden rather than an opportunity, or if you are uncomfortable having your performance measured objectively every single day, you will not succeed here. We want individuals who are hungry for upside, eager to earn their advancement, and ready to treat their pipeline like their own business.
