SHAPE CRM Specialist – Mortgage Industry (Part-Time)

Full Job Description

• We are a Florida mortgage company seeking an experienced and organized SHAPE CRM Specialist to improve our CRM, automate follow-ups, and ensure every lead receives consistent communication.

Job Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain lead and borrower pipelines
• Create automated workflows, campaigns, and drip sequences
• Set up tasks, reminders, tags, templates, and lead categories
• Build follow-up systems for new, active, and inactive leads
• Monitor leads to prevent missed opportunitiesMaintain accurate records and clean CRM data
• Track campaign performance and recommend improvements
• Train team members on workflows and CRM proceduresFollow mortgage-industry compliance requirements

Job Requirements

• Hands-on experience using SHAPE CRM
• Mortgage or real-estate industry experience preferred
• Experience creating CRM automations and campaigns
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written English; Spanish is a plus
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Reliable computer, internet, and quiet workspace
• Available approximately 20 hours per week during U.S. Eastern Time
