We are hiring a Short-Form Video Editor to turn long-form talking videos into high-performing TikTok / Instagram Reels content.

This is not basic editing.

We are looking for someone who understands:

• hooks

• retention

• pacing

• storytelling

Your work will directly impact content performance and growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Edit long-form videos into short-form clips (90–120 seconds)

• Create strong hooks in the first 3 seconds

• Add captions and clean, engaging edits

• Maintain a premium, non-spammy editing style

• Optimize videos for retention and clarity

• Deliver edits within 24–48 hours

• Organize files and maintain workflow consistency

Job Requirements

• Proven experience editing short-form content

• Strong understanding of retention and viral structure

• Experience with TikTok / Instagram Reels

• Fast turnaround and attention to detail

• Ability to follow brand style and direction
