Short Term Rental Management Assistant ("Host")

- Work Hours: 7:30am to 5:00pm on Thursdays to Mondays (Pacific Standard Time)

- Pay Rate: $14 per hour

- Candidates must have fluent verbal and written English for the position.  

- Paid time off accumulates after 90 days

- Job will require heavy use of Asana, Slack, Dialpad, Hostaway, Airbnb

- Computer in good working order with a camera is required. Stable and reliable internet and electricity is required

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**

- Great communication skills (verbal and written advanced English required)

- Present well and professionally

- Strong work ethic (proactive in training and ahead of me, not behind me)

- Some knowledge of Airbnb, VRBO, and short term rentals would be a big plus.

-  Excellent English both by phone and written is required for the job.

- Ability to handle customer service calls, speak well and professionally

- Confident speaking on the phone

- High speed internet access

- Handle data entry, file organization, and creation of reports for our team, among other tasks, during their spare time.

- Must be on call and able to respond to any messages within 5 minutes during working hours except for lunch breaks. For this reason we prefer someone in a time zone where this would be a day job and they have access to a home office or other dedicated and quiet workspace.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all guest happiness
• Answer guest inquiries promptly
• Coordinate on guest service
• Assist with work orders and maintenance dispatches
• Coordinate with Airbnb support as needed for guest issues
• De-escalate guest complaints and "turn" guest to a positive experience.
• Get 5-star reviews (or no reviews)
• Track the listing review quality on all listings and oversee improvements to help guest experience.
