Luxanto, a division of Cunningham Real Estate Group based in Las Vegas, Nevada, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Host to support our portfolio of short-term rental properties across multiple markets. This role blends guest communication, listing management, pricing oversight, and marketing support to ensure our properties perform at a high level across Airbnb and other booking platforms.The Assistant Host will help maintain listing quality, monitor pricing and availability, support marketing initiatives, and ensure guests receive fast, professional service from booking through checkout. This position is ideal for someone with experience in Airbnb or short-term rental operations who enjoys both hospitality and digital marketing.This role requires working two evenings per week until 1:00 AM Pacific Time, so applicants must be comfortable working night hours and responding to guest inquiries during those shifts.

Job Responsibilities

The Assistant Host will respond to Airbnb and booking platform guest inquiries quickly and professionally while serving as the first point of contact for guest support. The role includes coordinating check-in and check-out processes, monitoring guest reviews and feedback to maintain strong ratings, and updating listing calendars, pricing, and availability when needed. The Assistant Host will regularly audit listings to ensure photos, amenities, and descriptions remain accurate and competitive. This role also supports marketing efforts for Luxanto properties online, including assisting with social media promotion and listing visibility. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are guest-ready, tracking guest interactions and operational notes for team communication, and helping monitor listing performance across booking channels.

Job Requirements

Candidates should have experience working with Airbnb or other short-term rental platforms and demonstrate strong written English communication skills for guest messaging and support. Applicants should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using multiple online tools and property management platforms. Experience managing listing calendars, reviewing pricing, and auditing listing details such as photos, amenities, and descriptions is preferred. A basic understanding of digital marketing or social media promotion is helpful for supporting listing visibility. Applicants must have reliable high-speed internet and be comfortable working remotely while coordinating with a team. This role requires dependability, strong customer service skills, and the ability to remain calm and professional when handling guest concerns. Candidates must also be available to work two nights per week until 1:00 AM Pacific Time.
