Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Short-Term Rental Operations Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of our vacation rental business. The ideal candidate will handle guest communications, optimize property listings, generate reports, coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams, perform bookkeeping tasks, and process Airbnb reimbursement requests. Proficiency in channel manager software, OTA platforms, GoHighLevel, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva is essential. Experience in social media marketing is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

Manage guest inquiries and communications to ensure high satisfaction.

Optimize listings on various platforms for maximum visibility and bookings.

Create and analyze performance reports.

Coordinate schedules with cleaners and maintenance personnel.

Handle basic bookkeeping and financial tracking.

Submit reimbursement requests to Airbnb as needed.

Job Requirements

Experience in short-term rental operations or similar field.

Proficiency in channel managers (e.g., Guesty, Lodgify), OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com), GoHighLevel.

Skilled in graphic design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Desired: Social media marketing experience.
