Short Term Rental Management Assistant
- Work Hours: 7:30am to 5:00pm on Tuesday to Saturdays (Pacific Standard Time)
- Pay Rate: $12 per hour

Candidates must have fluent verbal and written English for the position. We employ several virtual assistants around the world as part of our team, and if you are reliable, communicate well, and are highly organized, you will be a long term fit with our company.
$12 per hour to start, future pay increases and paid time off possible with great performance
- Job will require heavy use of Asana, Slack, Dialpad, Hostaway, Airbnb
-Computer in good working order with a camera is required. Stable and reliable internet and electricity is required.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Great communication skills (verbal and written advanced English required)
- Present well and professionally
- Strong work ethic (proactive in training and ahead of me, not behind me)
- Some knowledge of real estate property management, leasing or real estate in general is helpful, but not required.
- Excellent English both by phone and written is required for the job.
- Ability to handle customer service calls, speak well and professionally
- Confident speaking on the phone
- High speed internet access
- Handle data entry, file organization, and creation of reports for our team, among other tasks, during their spare time.
- Must be on call and able to respond to any messages within 5 minutes during working hours except for lunch breaks. For this reason we prefer someone in a time zone where this would be a day job and they have access to a home office or other dedicated and quiet workspace.
