(UPS / FedEx / USPS Focus)

We are a parcel shipping optimization company seeking an analyst with direct experience in small-package shipping operations and carrier pricing analysis.

This is NOT a freight brokerage, trucking dispatch, warehouse operations, or LTL logistics role.

Job Responsibilities

Analyze parcel shipment data across UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and regional carriers

Compare carrier rates, surcharges, DIM impact, and service levels

Identify cost-saving opportunities for clients shipping small parcels

Review inbound shipping accounts and recommend optimized carrier strategies

Work with shipping software, spreadsheets, and CRM systems to document findings

Build operational recommendations based on parcel analytics

Job Requirements

3+ years specifically in SMALL PARCEL shipping operations or parcel carrier analysis

Direct experience with UPS/FedEx rate structures, surcharges, DIM pricing, and service-level optimization

Strong Excel/data analysis skills

Experience reviewing shipment reports or carrier invoices

Comfortable making independent operational recommendations
