Customer Service Representative (Shipping & Logistics)
We are a growing shipping aggregation company focused on helping businesses reduce shipping costs and improve logistics efficiency. We are looking for a client-facing Customer Service Representative who can think quickly, solve problems in real time, and confidently manage a variety of customer situations.
Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone
Assist with onboarding clients onto our shipping technology platforms
Resolve shipping issues, delivery delays, claims, and billing concerns
Coordinate with multiple carriers to identify and implement solutions
Handle non-standard customer requests that may require independent thinking and problem-solving
Requirements
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) — required
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Ability to manage diverse client requests and difficult situations professionally
Highly organized and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or customer support
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar tools
