Full Job Description

Hello! 👋 My name is Jade and I run SmartRecover. We help businesses recover abandoned checkouts through live sms conversations like the examples attached below. We're looking for strong english speakers, who have a sense of humour, empathy for customers and the ability to be diligent in getting customers to buy.

Here's how it works: 

1. When someone abandons a checkout our system automatically sends out a message to them to see if they had any questions or needed help making the purchase.
2. If they respond they will show up in your inbox and it will be your job to send a timely response.
3. These responses might involve: navigating to our clients site to come up with an answer to their question, asking them a follow up question to understand their objection a little bit better and then reassuring them that the product they were going to buy is in fact the right fit for them. And finally potentially offering them a small discount to get them to buy.
4. And then following up if there is no response to get them engaged.

We have many message templates that will save time but you will need to adapt them a little for each customer.

There will be a performance incentive to those who are most effective.
