Clayton Health seeks a highly capable social media graphic designer to handle all aspects of social media (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, email, newsletter, blogs, announcements, etc) for physician and health influencer. Dr. Clayton operates a YouTube channel focused on varied health topics targeting the 50+ audience. (YT: @daveclaytonmd). Dr. Clayton shoots mainly talking-head videos from his home office, and promotes a line of supplements as well. The social media manager will work directly with Dr. Clayton's partner, Dr. Teran, to post content across platforms based on his videos. Long-form videos are created weekly. Responsibilities include assisting with creating shorts and other content derived from his long-form videos and posting them across platforms. Must be able to track and improve engagement and product sales. Social media manager will also write blogs and newsletters based on Dr, Clayton's content under his direction. We will work closely with you to develop a sense for our brand and style of messaging; however, we are looking for someone who is a creative thinker and who goes beyond 'doing' to actively adding to our creative vision. Focus is on quality, speed of execution, and ability to convert ads into sales. Prior work in converting social media posts to creating a landing page which then leads to sales are important.
