Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative Social Media Manager to handle the online presence of our retail shipping and business center. You will be responsible for creating content that drives foot traffic and informs our local community about our services (Shipping, Notary, Mailbox Rentals, Printing etc).
Content Creation: Design daily posts, Reels, and Stories using Canva or CapCut that showcase "behind the scenes" store life and service explainers.
Local Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments/DMs. Engage with local community groups (Facebook groups, Nextdoor) to position us as the local expert.
Review Management: Monitor Google My Business and Yelp reviews; encourage happy customers to leave feedback.
Ad Management: Run small-scale, geo-fenced Meta ads to promote seasonal shipping (e.g., Christmas/Holidays).
Executive Admin: Help CEO in multi-store operations and follow ups.
Fluent English: Excellent written skills with an understanding of U.S. consumer "small talk."
Visual Eye: Strong portfolio in graphic design and short-form video editing.
Experience: 3+ years managing social media for retail or service-based businesses.
