Full Job Description

reThought Real Estate is seeking a part-time Social Media & Content Manager to help us grow and maintain a strong, on-brand digital presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn—and eventually YouTube and podcast platforms.This role starts with designing and scheduling social content from pre-written captions and expands into SEO, blog publishing, podcast repurposing, and basic lead generation tools like one-pagers and chatbots.This is a flexible role ideal for a creative, organized person who loves both visuals and strategy.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

1. Design branded graphics in Canva (for posts, reels, carousels, etc.)
2. Schedule 3–5 posts per week on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
3. Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
4. Coordinate content themes around listings, blogs, client wins, and events
5. Repurpose podcast videos into social media clips, YouTube headlines/descriptions, and blog summaries
6. Help publish and optimize blog posts in WordPress using basic SEO best practices
7. Design lead magnets/one-pagers in Canva for use as CTAs
8. Support chatbot setup and automation tools (e.g., ManyChat) as needed

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• 2+ years of social media management or content creation experience
• Strong design skills (branding, templates, resizing)
• Working knowledge of SEO and WordPress
• Familiarity with podcast content formats and video repurposing
• Excellent organization, communication, and consistency

Bonus: Experience with chatbots (e.g., ManyChat), YouTube, or real estate/lifestyle brands
