Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and proactive Social Media Manager and Marketing Content Specialist to join our marketing team. This role requires someone who can collaborate closely with the team, contribute strategic and creative ideas, and take ownership of content creation across multiple company accounts. The ideal candidate has strong creative judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to express opinions and contribute meaningfully during team discussions.This position will focus on managing and creating content for two primary social media accounts and one secondary account, as well as supporting the creation of blog content for our website.


Job Responsibilities

Social Media Manager and Marketing Content Specialist

Content Creation & Strategy

Develop creative, engaging, and brand-aligned content for two primary social media accounts and one secondary account.

Conceptualize ideas that support marketing goals and strengthen brand presence.

Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.

Social Media Management

Schedule, publish, and manage daily posts across multiple platforms.

Maintain a cohesive brand voice and visual identity.

Monitor trends and optimize content performance based on analytics.

Blog & Long-Form Content

Write blog posts as needed (low volume but consistent).

Research topics and structure clear, aligned, and well-written content.

Support SEO writing when applicable.

Campaign Planning & Execution

Plan, execute, and monitor both paid and organic social media campaigns.

Use analytics to improve performance and maximize ROI.

Team Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with the marketing team, contribute ideas, and participate in brainstorming sessions.

Communicate openly, share opinions, and provide constructive feedback.

Creative & Strategic Judgment

Apply strong creative criteria to content decisions.

Bring innovative ideas and a proactive mindset to the team.


Job Requirements

Experience managing multiple social media accounts across different platforms.

Familiarity with analytics tools and content optimization.

Content Writing Skills

Ability to write clear, engaging, and structured blog content.

Strong grammar, clarity, and creative writing skills.

Creative and Strategic Thinking

Strong creative judgment and the ability to generate content ideas aligned with brand goals.

Ability to develop visually appealing and strategic content.

Campaign Management

Experience planning and executing paid and organic social media campaigns.

Ability to analyze results and improve performance.

Communication and Collaboration

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Willingness to participate actively in meetings, share opinions, and contribute ideas.

Organization and Time Management
