Job Responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging content across social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop social media campaigns that align with our client's goals
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends
• Utilize analytics tools to track and report on social media performance metrics
• Schedule posts and manage content calendars

Job Requirements

• Experience in social media marketing
• Experience in social media copywriting
• Timeliness and task management - you must keep the project manager up to date with your task progression and timelines.
• History of meeting deadlines and exceeding goals
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and best practices regarding posting times
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - in English
• Creative thinker and problem solver
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
