Are you a highly organized, proactive, and creative individual with a passion for social media and a knack for juggling multiple tasks? Do you possess excellent communication skills in both English and native Spanish? If so, we're looking for you to join our team as a Social Media Manager & Virtual Assistant! You'll play a crucial role in managing the online presence and providing administrative support for several exciting and diverse businesses.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management (for multiple businesses):
• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with each business's marketing goals.
• Create engaging and compelling content (text, image, video) for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Schedule and publish social media posts across different time zones.Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, comments, and messages, and engage with the audience in a timely and professional manner (in both English and Spanish).
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns (if required), including budget allocation and performance monitoring.

• Virtual Assistant Duties (for multiple businesses):
• Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing files.
• Assist with email correspondence and communication in both English and Spanish.
• Conduct online research and gather information as needed.
• Prepare basic reports and presentations.
• Perform other virtual assistant tasks as required to support the smooth operation of each business.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably for multiple brands or clients.
• Native-level fluency in Spanish and excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) and video editing software is a plus.
