We’re looking for a high-level Social Media Manager to join our team at Luma Studio Miami.

We don’t just “post content.”

 We build content systems that generate attention, authority, and leads for professionals — including entrepreneurs, real estate agents, and personal brands.

This role is for someone who understands strategy + scripting + execution — not just scheduling posts.

Job Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing client accounts across:
  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • YouTube (long-form + Shorts)
• Developing monthly content strategies aligned with client goals
• Writing scripts for short-form and long-form videos
• Structuring content for maximum retention and engagement
• Communicating directly with clients to review and approve scripts
• Coordinating with editors to ensure content matches the strategy
• Optimizing captions, titles, hashtags, and posting schedules

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts professionally
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content formats
• Ability to write high-performing scripts (hooks, storytelling, CTAs)
• Understanding of content psychology, retention, and audience behavior
• Strong communication skills (client-facing role)
• English proficiency required (most clients are English-speaking)
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
