The Opportunity

We are building a bench of capable Social Media Managers who can support client execution as demand increases.This role is focused on execution, coordination, and follow-through — not strategy decks or personal branding.This position may begin part-time or contract and can grow into a more consistent or full-time role based on:

• Client volume
• Quality of execution
• Reliability and communication

Most clients are home service businesses, though some content may support creators or service brands outside the trades.

Job Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing day-to-day social media execution for assigned clients
• Coordinating content posting (provided or approved assets)
• Writing or adapting captions as needed
• Organizing content calendars
• Monitoring basic engagement and performance
• Coordinating with video editors and graphic designers
• Managing tasks and communication through ClickUp

What This Role Is NOT

• Not a growth strategist role
• Not an influencer management role
• Not responsible for paid ads
• Not responsible for advanced analytics or funnels

This role is about clean execution, consistency, and clarity.
