Full Job Description

We are building a fast-growing network of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts sub-accounts in the real estate, business, and personal growth niches. Our content is fully edited and ready to post. We are looking for a HIGHLY ORGANIZED, SMART, RELENTLESS Social Media Manager who can handle scheduling, engagement, and basic analytics across multiple accounts.

If you are HARD-WORKING, detail-oriented, love social media, and can follow clear SOPs, this role is for you.

Job Responsibilities

Content Scheduling (SocialPilot)

• Schedule 2 weeks of short-form content across IG, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts - this means dozens of accounts

• Upload videos into SocialPilot

• Write short, engaging captions (AI tools allowed)

• Add 5 targeted hashtags per post

• Maintain a clean posting calendar with consistent frequency

Daily Engagement (Instagram)

• Like 10 posts and leave 2–3 natural comments in the niche

• Reply to comments on our posts

• Pin the best comment under each post

• Watch 5 reels to warm the account

• Send new posts to 3–5 relevant accounts to boost early engagement

TikTok & YouTube Shorts Engagement

• Reply to top comments

• Pin comments

• Heart/like relevant videos

• Ensure all scheduled posts publish correctly

Analytics & Reporting

• Track weekly performance in Notion/Airtable

• Identify top-performing reels and thematic patterns

• Flag underperforming content and possible reasons

General Tasks

• Maintain a consistent brand voice

• Communicate daily with team lead

• Ensure content queue never runs out

• Follow SOPs with 100 percent accuracy

Job Requirements

• Strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

• Experience using SocialPilot, Metricool, or similar scheduling tools

• Excellent English writing skills

• Ability to follow detailed processes

• Fast communication and high reliability

• Comfortable managing 20+ accounts

• Available for daily engagement windows

• Stable internet connection and ability to work independently

• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT)

• Knowledge of real estate, business, finance, or creator niches
