Full Job Description

We’re looking for a high-level video editor to join our content production team at Luma Studio Miami.

We create premium social media and long-form content for professionals — including real estate agents, entrepreneurs, and personal brands.

 This role is for someone who understands editing + marketing + audience psychology — not just cutting clips.

Job Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Working On

• Short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Long-form YouTube videos
• Podcast-style multi-camera edits
• Personal brand & business content

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Strong experience with DaVinci Resolve
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects (animations, titles, effects)
• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop (thumbnails, basic design work)
• Experience editing short-form content for social media
• Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, retention, and storytelling
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style
• English proficiency required (a large portion of content is in English)

Skills Required

• Adobe Photoshop - Intermediate
• Adobe Premiere - Expert
• Adobe After Effects - Intermediate
