Job Responsibilities

• Handle pre-qualified, high-intent leads provided by the company — no cold calling.
• Conduct virtual consultations and present customized solar proposals to homeowners.
• Build trust and rapport while explaining the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy.
• Guide customers through the decision-making process and close deals with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the support team to ensure a smooth installation and great customer experience.
• Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversion rates.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and company promotions.
• Represent Solar Connect with honesty, enthusiasm, and professionalism at all times.

Job Requirements

• Fluent English (required) – must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with U.S. homeowners.

• Proven experience closing sales, preferably in solar, call centers, or high-ticket offers.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong work ethic, discipline, and motivation to meet performance goals.

• Tech-savvy – ability to use CRM systems, dialers, and virtual meeting tools.

• Reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet connection.

• Positive, professional, and confident phone presence.

• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment.

• Availability to work during U.S. time zones (Pacific, Central, or Eastern).
